The Moro orange is characterized by an intense orange-red pulp due to the large amount of pigments present, anthocyanins. It is also very juicy, seedless, with a fine texture and high acidity.
The shape is oval or spherical with a truncated apex and rounded base and the peel is of medium thickness and orange color, with shades of vinous red and medium-fine grain.
