The lemon tree is a remontant citrus that blooms several times a year, the first flowering is in early spring, the second in late summer.
The fruit, lemon, is a medium-sized, ovoid berry with a pronounced tip, green or pale yellow skin, basically thin and rich in essential oils.
The juicy pulp is acidic and yellow-pigmented.
The Interdonato lemon takes its name from the Garibaldi colonel Giovanni Interdonato who after fighting in the Sicilian uprisings retired to private life in his villa in Fiumedinisi, dedicating himself to citrus growing, giving life to his lemon.
A tree whose fruit is characterized by medium-large size, with a slightly acidulous and delicate flavor, with a very fine-grained skin, and for this reason called "fine fruit".
The Interdonato lemon also has good, not bitter, peel.
Two-year-old tree raised in phytocell with capillary roots for prompt growth in the soil.
