The Frantoio olive tree is a medium vigorous plant with a pendulous and open bearing with flexible and thin fruiting branches.
It is a self-fertile cultivar with high and constant productivity. Fruiting is early and occurs already in plants in the nursery.

It has leaves, bright green, of medium size and lanceolate shape.
Frantoio is an oil variety and the fruits are ovoid-elongated and medium-sized (1.5-2.5 g).
