All the values expressed are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery times:
The goods travel at the risk and peril of the supplier Grippi Leonardo. Delivery takes place on the ground floor; any issue that can be found directly at the time of delivery (external defects of the goods, missing packages, etc.) must be reported in writing to the carrier by signing the acceptance with reserve indicating the reason for the same.
Return policy:
In the event that you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Grippi Leonardo, in compliance with your instructions, will replace it or refund it.
The goods must be intact and in their original packaging. Grippi Leonardo reserves the right not to accept the return if the required conditions are not met.
Shipping costs for return are borne by the customer in compliance with the provisions of the consumer code.
